The rule states when shooting at an aircraft in a spin a -20 mod is applied, the 60 Line is used to determine the deflection mod, the speed difference mod is not applied and no system damage location (Protection and armor) mods are applied. Is there something specific that is not clear?
Yes, if the requirements for a long burst and tracking shot are met they may be used against a spinning target.

Is the 60 Line used as the Initial deflection and then the VAO calculated and AOM mod applied as normal?
