Inverted turns

Just trying to make sure I understand these correctly.

I am in an inverted bank angle (other than 180i) AND do any form of pull transition.

My speed only allows say a 2G turn rate.

If I pull a 2G turn I can choose to (or must I?) actually use the 3G turn requirements in terms of number of FPs to be expended before the facing change?

And I only pay the 2G turn drag cost?

Is that correct?

I assume that if I am in an inverted bank and do a 2G turn WITHOUT also making a pull transition that I must meet the normal FP requirements before changing facing?
