Hi Andy,
Which rules are you using? I may not fully understand the questions, so here goes Using the basic rules the allowable G is listed on the Banking table, Turn-Transitions Tables page. 120i allows 5/3G. Using the Angle of Bank Effect on Applied G a 120i bank at 4G allows 3/4H-2V and at 5G allows 4H-3V. The ASL (aircraft stress limit) is 4G and you pull 5G will require an Overstress. Pulling 4G with a start speed that allows 5G will not incur a stress check, only when the ASL is exceeded. You would need to pull 5G. Hope this helps, if not let me know Cheers, Steve |
