Vassal
Hello there,
I just downloaded the game and while printing the rules , tables, etc... I'm just trying to setup my vassal for playing around but the files I've seen at the zipped folders are without extension and can make it.

Any help over there?.... please?

Thx

Pablo

Forget my last DUMB post Angry ... nothing as to read vassal instructions...

Pablo

RE: Vassal
Hi Pablo,

Glad to hear you have it running. I was not sure what to tell you, I have the zip file in a WarBirds Vassal folder and Vassal does the rest. It's magic Smile

Cheers,

Steve

RE: Vassal
I'm very new to Vassal (I only downloaded it for FW last week). Call me old fashioned, but I'm a map and counters guy :-)

I can't find Canvas Falcons on Vassal. Anyone able to help

Cheers

Drew

RE: Vassal
Hi Drew,

You should have two Vassal Zip files in your download:
WB-WWI Module v1.0
WB-CF Flight Ops v1.0

I used the WWI Module name since it will incorporate all the WWI modules, Canvas Falcons, the Zeppelin and naval modules too. Name to be determined later Smile

If you don't have them please let me know and I can pass them along.

Please let me know if this answers your question.

Cheers,

Steve

RE: Vassal
Hi Drew and Steve,

I hope you don't mind me hijacking this thread but it is regarding VASSAL Angel

In the Flight Ops VASSAL module all of the counters are really large and obscure what ever box they are placed in. Also some of them cannot be deleted when you right click as no menu appears (Arrows, numbers etc.).

Is this me doing something wrong or is it the module?

cheers

Ross

RE: Vassal
Hi Ross,

You are not doing anything wrong, the markers are too large or the map is too small. I will re size the map and send everyone a new module v1.1.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention and my apologies.

Cheers,

Steve

Morning Ross

I don't have the large and obscure problem, but I can't rotate, even using the shortcut key

However, I'm the last person that can fix it I'm afraid Huh

Love the AARs btw

Cheers

RE: Vassal
Hi Drew,

The counters in the Flight Ops module don't rotate, no need for thatWink Do you see a need for rotating? If so I can add that Big Grin

Cheers,

Steve
