Gp assisted transition + turns

Hello, I need some enlighment.

Opt. rule 14.12.10 says that when performing a Gps assisted transition + turn Geff. is increased by one AND turn Drag is increased as well, but.. Is a normal turn (with the new C/D arc) or a GP rated turn (with -1 FP and the incrased drag)?
